Holly Palmer is a soulful singer-songwriter from Los Angeles who made one of the most satisfying albums of the 2000s, I Confess. After taking a break to be a mum, she is now recording with Pete Glenister, a London producer who used to work with Kirsty MacColl. At least one of their new tracks is a classic. Palmer also has a band, The Goods, who are like the Andrews Sisters rewritten by Tina Fey: their five-track EP, which can be downloaded from Bandcamp for £3, was the wittiest record I heard last year.

Holly has released four solo albums & is currently working on a new one, "I Dare You To Love Me".  She's recorded and/or toured with David Bowie, Michael Buble, Cee-Lo Green (in Gnarls Barkley), Dr. Dre, Seal, Joss Stone, Billy Preston, Lamont Dozier and Don Was.

TV & Film

Holly's songwriting placements include the theme song to TNT's "Mob City", upcoming indie film "Gravy" featuring Sarah Silverman & ABC's "Private Practice". Most recently she appears on score of the new Cameron Diaz film, "The Other Woman".

The Goods is Holly's band with Lucy Woodward & Michelle Lewis. Think Bridget Jones meets The Andrews Sisters. Recently Holly scored web series, "The Stafford Project" & sings on various film scores, commercials, live concerts & studio dates.
